  • Provide electronic information on what agencies does, what services are available, how to get these services, locations and operating times of agency offices, online forms, etc.

Online Commerce
  • Support online tax and fee payments by citizens and businesses
  • Provide online applications for licenses and permits with online payments
  • Offer online benefit enrollment, voting, 
  • Enable departmental purchasing and sourcing for services, materials, etc
 

Process Re-engineering
  • Streamline operational processes such as grants management, budget execution, real estate management, homeland security, tax and revenue management, human resource, water and waste management, tender management and other administration activities
  • Re-engineer your culture and skills by developing a knowledge management environment to classify organizational knowledge, and sustain the energy and creativity of workforce 
  • Provide easier and more cost-effective training 
 

Constituent Relationship Management
  • Support for integrated multi-channel (e.g., Internet, telephone, office) constituent service 
  • Provide a single doorway to your organization services, involving tracking of cases to ensure responses, and create service delivery systems that are on a par with the private sector, etc.
 

Collaboration
  • Facilitate planning and implementation (i.e., public infrastructure projects) and government research that involve different parties in several locations
  • Partner with the private-sector to facilitate information sharing and relieve human capital and cost pressures
