	Online Commerce		Support online tax and fee payments by citizens and businesses Provide online applications for licenses and permits with online payments Offer online benefit enrollment, voting, Enable departmental purchasing and sourcing for services, materials, etc


	Process Re-engineering		Streamline operational processes such as grants management, budget execution, real estate management, homeland security, tax and revenue management, human resource, water and waste management, tender management and other administration activities Re-engineer your culture and skills by developing a knowledge management environment to classify organizational knowledge, and sustain the energy and creativity of workforce Provide easier and more cost-effective training


	Constituent Relationship Management		Support for integrated multi-channel (e.g., Internet, telephone, office) constituent service Provide a single doorway to your organization services, involving tracking of cases to ensure responses, and create service delivery systems that are on a par with the private sector, etc.


	Collaboration		Facilitate planning and implementation (i.e., public infrastructure projects) and government research that involve different parties in several locations Partner with the private-sector to facilitate information sharing and relieve human capital and cost pressures
