  Government Action RoomTM

In an ever-changing public services sector that is focused on public service and safety, the effective use of measurement is critical. Unfortunately, existing measurement models have not proven successful assisting in the monitoring and management of a public organization's performance. As a result, the effects of the multiple strategies and initiatives that are meant to lead to an organization’s health, wealth and chocolate become reactive and their successes or failures not clearly understood.

The Government Action RoomTM is as an interdependent circle of leadership and operational cockpits that are used to monitor and manage core metrics across multiple organizational dimensions (i.e., constituents, private sector, partners)
