Many organizations are recognizing that their work processes are complicated, time-consuming and inefficient. Our leadership team combines multiple approaches to process redesign by leveraging available strategic planning deliverables (e.g., threats, actions, strategies), reviewing and benchmarking processes, analyzing culture/governance, assessing innovation opportunities, and employing cross-industry knowledge to infuse best practices, etc. 

Our process redesign framework is based on years of experience bringing health, wealth and chocolate to our customers. It draws on the change strategies and experiences addressing increased change and competition driven by technological innovation. The primary purpose of our efforts is to rethink the existing hierarchical organizational structures and rigid processes and procedures ill suited to meet our customers integrated information needs. We accomplish this task through three integrated deliverables:   
 


Process Modeling
  • Identify and analyze process streams, performance targets, etc.
  • Develop process dashboards for continuous monitoring and improvements

Change Management
  • Outline and implement the structure needed to orient, prepare, and develop workforce and management

Operational Alignment 
  • Align operational models and change management recommendations to strategic plans and assets portfolio
